Inside the Hare's Form

Wifi
There is a picture frame on the wall, scan the QR code and it automatically logs you in! Voila!

SLEEP
There is a King size bed, with 400 thread count bedding, and comfortable sumptuous duck down duvet and pillows. If you have any allergies, please let us know, as we do have an alternative option. We have installed blackout blind, which will hopefully enable a better night’s sleep.

There are two comfortable relaxed chairs, and a pouffe to get your feet up, or simply relax and chill our in bed! There is a TV with Netflix, this is on a wall bracket so can be easily moved around, as can the chairs to make use of the space you have.
There are boxes under the bed, which contain two fleece blankets for your use inside or out. It also has space for you to unpack. There is a mirror with a section behind it for hanging up clothes.

Kitchen & Bathroom

Kitchen
Fully fitted with a fridge/freezer (we provide ice for you use, this will be freshly provided/made for each guest. There is a combined microwave, the instructions can be found in a box under the bed. There is also an Air Fryer, enabling you to cook inside if you so wish. A range of utensils are provided, please let us know if you require anything during your visit and we will do our best to provide it.

Bathroom
Lovely full size shower with rainfall shower head, and a standard shower head providing you with a little luxury! The little extras: Hand wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion can be found in the shower and toilet area for your use. They are refillable to support our environmental mission, and are not to be removed, thank you.

We have a septic system in place, for waste removal, so please only pee, poo and toilet paper down the loo. Please use the bags provided and place in the bathroom bin once tied. Please Note: flushable wipes cannot be put down the toilet.

Outside THE Hare's Form

Composite decking covers the outside area. Please keep this area clean for your own pleasure.

There is some relaxed seating to take in the views or watch a movie on the projector screen. A double swing chair for some TikTok worthy clips, and a small table and chairs for more formal dining approach. Not forgetting the seating around the fire pit, provides a lovely chill out area. The fire pit is smokeless, which will be set ready to be lit.
There is a Griddle plate for cooking and utensils can be found in the cupboard underneath it, providing everything you need for Alfresco dining at breakfast. lunch or dinner!

Hot Tub

This is a 4 seater electric hot tub at the Hare's Form! so why not book two cabins and share some time together as you fancy!

Please ensure you shower before you use the hot tub, and its important no fake tan!

The hot tub will be fully cleaned between each guest, so you can rest assured it will be spotless!

There are integrated speakers in the hot tub, so simply blue tooth your own music/sound through for a higher quality experience! So sit back and relax to your favourite tunes!

Bar
There are plastic glasses provided for use in the hot tub, please do not use glass as it is very dangerous. There are two optics if you wish to bring your own spirits, along with cocktail shaker to spice things up!

Boot & Wet Swimwear Storage
Located outside, please use this for your dirty walking boots, and wet swimwear (appropriate bags are provided)

Logs
Logs will be provided during your stay. If you require additional logs, please ask, excessive use may be charged.

Bin Area
There is a black bin for general waste and a blue bin for recycling. Please Note: our council does not collect glass, so please use the tub provided in the bin area and we will dispose of locally! There are spare bin bags for use during your stay.

Please empty the hut bins on leaving.

			10/10 stay for our 3 year anniversary ! The experience was beyond our expectations and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a staycation within the north east area. Heating was amazing, everything was clean and felt very safe, private and comfortable. Loved the projector screen and hot tub alongside the robes and slippers which made the night even more special. The additional foody bits and snacks included was a great touch. Loved the attention to detail in the modern interiors/decoration.  Thank you so much 😊		 - 25/01/26

			What a beautiful place to be !  We went while it was snowing.  watching the sun set over the fields while basking in a hot tub is an experience we won't forget.  The Shepherds hut was lovely and warm all night and then in the morning we had the sun rise over snow covered fields and rolling hills.  It was breathtaking.  Recommended 1000%		 - 21/11/25

			We stayed on Friday and Saturday night. This place is exceptional !!! Absolutely private. The hottub and firepit area were fantastic. It was spotlessly clean throughout and everything needed was provided. The little extras ( Bacon, Eggs, Bread, Coffee, Tea ) etc. etc.... made the stay extra special. 			Our first ever stay in a Shepherd’s Hut for me and Gordon, and we loved it. Louise was so welcoming and provided great supplies like milk, rolls, butter, bacon and eggs. She had thought of everything. The hut itself has five star amenities inside and out and was cosy and comfortable. The location is a great base for exploring the eastern end of the Hadrian’s Wall area. We enjoyed visits to Heddon-on-the Wall, Corbridge Roman town, Hexham and on the way home the Keilder Forest Sky Space. All really worth a visit. Highly recommended.		 - 25/10/25

			Amazing from start to finish ! We visited with our little Frenchie and it was the perfect stay ! Enclosed spaced for our dog to run around, hot tub, projector, fire pit the list goes on. Every detail has been thought of and anything you think you need they have already got. Louise is a great host and so friendly, answered any questions we had.
